Bistro Francés OUI
Oui started 5 years ago, however, behind this period there are 20 years of culinary experience. Its owner and Chef, Romain De Lamar, after years of studies in gastronomy, was part of important restaurants with one and two Michelin stars in France and England. He decided to migrate to Ecuador and undertake in the catering service to then create Oui with a typical French cooking style. At Oui you can enjoy the timeless classics of French gastronomy, from breakfasts, through main courses to the most delicious desserts or simply a delightful coffee. The Bistro stands out for its confit duck, octopus in persillade and créme brulee. Their prices vary between US $6 and $20.
