Oui started 5 years ago, however, behind this period there are 20 years of culinary experience. Its owner and Chef, Romain De Lamar, after years of studies in gastronomy, was part of important restaurants with one and two Michelin stars in France and England. He decided to migrate to Ecuador and undertake in the catering service to then create Oui with a typical French cooking style. At Oui you can enjoy the timeless classics of French gastronomy, from breakfasts, through main courses to the most delicious desserts or simply a delightful coffee. The Bistro stands out for its confit duck, octopus in persillade and créme brulee. Their prices vary between US $6 and $20.

S&O La Pesca is the 1st Oyster Bar in the country. It opened its doors in 2018 in response to the market’s need for a new seafood restaurant proposal in Guayaquil, based on the trajectory of its owners and creators with more than 30 years of experience. Thanks to its fresh, export-quality products, dishes that fuse unmatched flavos have been created, to satisfy the most demanding palates. This concept offers a restaurant with a friendly, cheerful and informal atmosphere, where you can enjoy the best cultivated oysters, ceviches and dishes ranging from US $2 to $18, accompanied by wines, beers and signature cocktails.

It is a family business dedicated to pastry since 2009. Its founder, Diana Carrión, trained in Hotel Administration in the United States and specialized in pastry in various countries. Its gastronomic offer has a great variety of cakes, cookies, cheesecakes, truffles and a variety of exquisite desserts. Mula Ciega is an Ecuadorian artisan coffee brand that takes its name from our literature. The book published by Oswaldo Castro in 1970 was part of an investigation about the Montuvia culture in 2009. We started in 2017 as a coffee brand and in December 2020 we realized that to close the experience we want to give you to our customers it was time to open our cafeteria. We can’t find a better place than the Museo del Cacao to be our first home. Our price range goes from $ 1 to $ 15 approximately.

Our history begins in 1999, when 360 hectares were acquired in the San Miguel del Morro parish to plant table grapes. Due to the good results it had, it was decided to try his luck with wine grapes. Dos Hemispheres challenged the belief that in the middle of the world the conditions to harvest grapes for wine did not exist, a fact that was believed possible only in countries in other latitudes and with four climatic seasons. The wines of Dos Hemisferios have been awarded inside and outside our country, and are the first great step to project Ecuador, internationally, as a country of wine production. Pasta & Basta was born with the inspiration of 20 years of experience with the Benvenuti da Mauro restaurant located in Urdesa this time to offer a healthy and nutritious artisan fast food service through a series of dishes based on fresh homemade Italian pasta and a menu short consisting of 3 moments of consumption.
